N.H.S Charges are fixed by the government and are normally due under N.H.S rules when treatment starts so please be prepared to settle up when asked to do so.

To make things easier for those who need more complex forms of treatment, we are prepared to accept payments at each visit you make. You may be exempt from payment so please ask at Reception before booking your appointment.  Evidence of an exemption from paying for N.H.S. dental treatment needs to be shown at Reception on each visit to the Practice.  

Unfortunately, if appropriate paperwork is not provided you will be required to 

pay for your course of treatment in full.

We are currently providing NHS treatment on contract to Suffolk Primary Care Trust, 'Rushbrook House', Papermill Lane, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP8 4DE.
